Accommodation
| Advanced booking of hotel rooms is strongly recommended, as the event will be held during CHIO Aachen, and hotel accommodations in the Aachen area will be difficult to acquire. |
The accommodation in Aachen should be self-organized by the participants. Both hotels below are within 15 to 20 minutes walking distance to the
conference venue.

At this hotel a number of rooms are blocked from July 12, 2011 until July 15, 2011. The rooms can be booked by the participants at the latest until June 15, 2011. Reservation codes to use during booking will be sent to participants via email upon registration.
