Conference Proceedings
We are preparing a DVD containing all the presentations and posters in PDF format. For this reason, we will be collecting the files from the invited speakers and the poster presenters. The DVDs will then be sent to the AC.CES 2011 participants.

Awarded posters
During the AC.CES conference, the Scientific Committee has selected the best 3 posters on the basis of their appearance and quality of the research. The winners are:

Conference booklet
You can now download the AC.CES Conference Program, where useful information about the conference and Aachen is collected. It also contains maps showing how to reach the conference venue. Participants will also receive a copy of the booklet at the registration desk.

Poster award
The AC.CES Scientific Committee will select the best poster. The selection is made on the basis of the poster appearance and quality of the research. Presenters must stand near their poster during the poster session on Wednesday, July 13th. The winner will be announced on Friday, July 15 during the farewell session. The winner will also be listed on the website of the AC.CES 2011 conference.

Early bird registration
The deadline for early birds is approaching (May 31, 2011). Register now.


Hotel reservation
We recommend the participants to reserve their hotel. The conference will be held during CHIO Aachen, and many visitors will be in the Aachen area in those days. Hence hotel accommodation could be very difficult to acquire. Reserve your room now.


City tour
Conference participants who want to take part in the city tour on Wednesday, July 13th from 18.30 to 20, should register by Thursday, June 30, 2011. The tour consists in a walk through the historical city centre, accompanied by a professional guide (in English). The tour is included in the registration fee, but interested participants should register by e-mail.
